Just a few weeks ago, Pender’s Board of Elections published a NEW voting Precinct Map (see NEW image). Notices will soon be mailed out to inform affected Pender voters of these changes. Problem is that many folks don’t read or fully understand the impacts of unsolicited postcards. I’ve asked the BOE to clarify this information on their site.
In related news, the State BOE has mailed out notices to approximately 100,000 voters across NC (approx. 800 in Pender County) telling them to “repair” their voter registration on file to include their Driver’s License number or last four digits of their Social Security number. In addition, the State BOE has been quietly “purging” voters who haven’t voted for a while…
Remember, early voting for the (6) Municipal elections start October 16th!
Refer to the top page to participate in a NCDEMS Zoom call to get involved and ensure all voters have fully complete registration data on file.
We, in turn, will take on the “final mile” in this marathon in late September. We are offering two canvass dates, and two locations to join up on Sept 20th and 27th to “reach” affected voters. These are posted on the Mobilize.us website.

Here's the recently updated Precinct Names, which cross-references the prior Precinct Names. Scroll down for the full list of Precinct Locations and Addresses.
